Welcome to IronShare, a simple app designed to let you share your workouts with style. IronShare connects with Apple Health to import your workout data and allows you to overlay it on images and stickers to create posts you can share on social media. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the IronShare app (“the App”) and your relationship with Alessandro Pace (“we”, “our”, or “us”), the sole creator and developer of the App.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, and/or using IronShare, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IronShare, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease using the App immediately.

2. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. Privacy and Data Ownership

IronShare integrates with Apple Health to access and display your workout data.

Data Collection

• We do not collect or process personal data directly.

• Workout information (duration, calories, heart rate, etc.) comes from your Apple Health account.

• Any images you create in the App (including backgrounds, stickers, and overlays) remain stored on your device unless you choose to share them externally.

Data Control

• You remain in full control of your Apple Health data. IronShare does not store this information outside your device or iCloud (if you enable sync).

• You may revoke access to Health data at any time via your device’s Settings.

Data Sharing

• We do not share, sell, or distribute your data to third parties.

• Any sharing of workout images or content is initiated by you through your chosen platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Messages).

4. Intellectual Property

The IronShare App, including but not limited to the design, stickers, functionality, and content, is the intellectual property of Alessandro Pace. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without express written permission.

5. Liability Disclaimer

IronShare is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, or be free of errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alessandro Pace shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

6. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.
